Energeia AS – Registration of new share capital

Oslo, 2 October 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the "Company") published on 25 September 2025 announcing the final result of the fully underwritten rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights Issue") and the stock exchange announcement on 29 September 2025 regarding the share capital increase pertaining to the issue of guarantee commission shares to the underwriters in the Rights Issue by way of set-off (together with the Rights Issue, the "Share Capital Increase").

The Share Capital Increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company following the Share Capital Increase is NOK 23,266,470.42 divided into 2,326,647,042 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
