PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF OCTOBER 23, 2025

Colleferro (Rome), 2 October 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that the Reports of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting (extraordinary session) convened for October 23, 2025, are available to the public at the registered office at via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2025" and "Investors/Capital Increase") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
