Torino, 2 ottobre 2025 – BasicNet S.p.A. comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale, che in data 1° ottobre 2025 ha avuto effetto la maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 1.604.879 azioni ordinarie BasicNet, mentre un azionista ha rinunciato alla maggiorazione di voto relativamente a numero 217.500 azioni ordinarie BasicNet.

Nella seguente tabella sono riportati i dati relativi alle azioni in circolazione e al numero di diritti di voto costituenti il capitale sociale al 1° ottobre 2025.

COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS

Turin, October 2nd, 2025 – On October 1st, 2025 the increased vote has taken effect for 1,604,879 BasicNet ordinary shares, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Finance Act and in accordance with the articles of the association, while a shareholder has waived the increased voting rights in relation to 217,500 BasicNet ordinary shares.
