PRESS RELEASE

COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

(drawn up pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999)

Milan, 2 October 2025. Pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of the Issuers' Regulation adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation"), Generalfinance S.p.A. (the "Company") hereby communicates that on October 1, 2025, following the lapse of the twelve-month period after the accrual of the increased voting rights provided for under Article 6, numbers 5 and 6, letter (a) of the Company's By-laws, certain shareholders have accrued the additional increase provided for under Article 6, numbers 5 and 6, letter (b) of the By-laws (so-called enhanced increased voting rights). As a result, the Company hereby provides an update on the total number of voting rights exercisable in relation to the Company's shares, indicating the number of shares comprising the share capital.

Also note that, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies, paragraph 8 of the Consolidated Law on Finance and art. 6, paragraph 20 of the Company's Articles of Association, the increased voting right is calculated in determining the quorum for constitution of the Shareholders' Meeting and for resolutions.
