Balder acquires property on the Avenue in Gothenburg

Balder has acquired the retail property Lorensberg 46:5 on the Avenue in Gothenburg for SEK 40 million. The acquisition is made in company form.

The lettable area is approximately 1,000 square meters .The transfer has taken place.

The investment is in line with Balder's strategy to expand the commercial portfolio in attractive locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Öresund region.
