Dividend reinvestment

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces the following share transaction undertaken by Bruce Marsh, Group Chief Financial Officer (a PDMR).

Following the payment of a final dividend for the period ended 3 May 2025 of 1.5p per ordinary share, Bruce Marsh elected to reinvest the final dividend payment to purchase the Company's shares.
