Arise Windpower publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of issued bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

On 13 March 2012, Arise Windpower announced that the company intended to issue a senior unsecured bond of SEK 350 million with a tenor of three years. Having successfully issued the bonds and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, Arise Windpower has undertaken to apply for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. In order to be able to list the bonds, Arise Windpower has prepared a prospectus.

The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and Arise Windpower has applied for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

The prospectus is available on Arise Windpower's webpage, www.arisewindpower.se, and will be made available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's webpage, www.fi.se. The information is only available in Swedish.
