The Company is pleased to announce that Group General Counsel, Amanda Miller, has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 1 October 2025. 

Amanda has more than 25 years international experience in FTSE, AIM and private equity backed companies in highly complex operating environments. She has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law and M&A. Amanda has worked in North America, the UK and Europe.
