Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 30 September 2025 is 32,051,482 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 32,051,482.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
