The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby announces theadoption on June 24, 2025, of a resolution on changing the registeredoffice address and correspondence address of the Bank.

The Bank's Management Board decided that from October 1, 2025, theregistered office address and correspondence address for the Bank willbe as follows: Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warsaw.

The change was registered today in the register of entrepreneurs of theNational Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5 para 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofJune 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
