Nordea Bank Abp will publish the following financial reports in 2026:

· Fourth-quarter and full-year results 2025 on 29 January 2026

· First-quarter results 2026 on 22 April 2026

· Second-quarter and half-year results 2026 on 16 July 2026

· Third-quarter and January-September results 2026 on 15 October 2026

The Annual Report for 2025 will be published in week 9, 2026, at the latest, and

the Capital and Risk Management Report for 2025 in week 11, 2026, at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nordea Bank Abp will be held on 24 March

The record date for possible ordinary dividend payment to be decided at the AGM

for the financial year 2025 is 26 March 2026. The earliest payment date for such

dividend is 2 April 2026.

Nordea follows a silent period that lasts from the fifth banking day after a

financial quarter ends until the financial report for the corresponding period

has been made public.
