Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc. on implementing a Transformation Program

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that the Transformation Programme ("Programme") launched on 13 November 2023 has reached its final and ultimate milestone, with the fact that on the one hand the merger by absorption of AH Infrastruktúra Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, Invitech ICT Infrastructure Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, and V-Hálózat Távközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság as the absorbed companies, and D-Infrastruktúra Távközlési Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság as the acquiring company — resolved on 24 June 2025 — was completed on 30 September 2025 (the date of the merger), in view of which, from 1 October 2025, the name of D-Infrastruktúra Távközlési Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, which encompasses the infrastructure division, will be changed to 2Connect Távközlési Infrastruktúra és Hálózati Szolgáltatások Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. On the other hand, the merger by absorption of AH Média Kereskedelmi Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, Invitech ICT Services Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, and DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság as the merging companies, and One Magyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság as the acquiring company resolved on 24 June 2025 — was completed on 30 September 2025 (the date of the merger), in view of which, from 1 October 2025, the commercial division will be encompassed by One Magyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, as a result of which the infrastructure and commercial divisions will continue to operate in separate companies.

At the current, final phase of the Programme, the infrastructure units will appear on the market under the name 2Connect Távközlési Infrastruktúra és Hálózati Szolgáltatások Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság following the merger, while the commercial services will be provided under One Magyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság.

4iG also informs the participants of the capital market that the IT segment of the Program has also reached its next major milestone with the fact that the merger by absorption of INNObyte Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság and INNOWARE Informatikai és Tanácsadó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság as the merging companies, and 4iG Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság as the acquiring company — resolved on 27 June 2025 — was completed on 30 September 2025 (the date of the merger).

4iG will continue to keep investors informed about the Programme and its implementation status, in line with its previous practice.
