Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 25, 2025, Ms. Vassiliki Karagiannaki proceeded with the purchase of 700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 9,954.00
• On September 29, 2025 Mr. Ioannis Geraris proceeded with the purchase of 4,688 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 66,100.80
• On September 29, 2025 Mr. Christos Keramiotis proceeded with the purchase of 2,155 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 30,126.90
• On September 30, 2025, Mr. Konstantinos Alexandridis proceeded with the purchase of 5,300 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 74,146.20
• On September 30, 2025 Mr. Konstantinos Nazos proceeded with the purchase of 2,200 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 30,756.00.
