Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 24, 2025, Mr. Anargyros Economouproceededwith the purchase of 6,000shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 85,725.71
• On September 25, 2025 Ms. Spyridoula Katsereli proceeded with the purchase of 2,500shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 35,250.00
• On September 25, 2025, Ms. Antonia Koukouritaki proceeded with the purchase of 750shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 10,605.00
• On September 25, 2025 Mr. Charalampos Synodinosproceeded with the purchase of 1,735 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 24,793.15.
