İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı kapsamında yer alan, Şirketimizce gerçekleştirilen " İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi A Etabı 1. Kısım Konut ve Ticaret İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İnşaatı İşi " ihalesi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

İhale sonucuna göre, söz konusu işin yapımını üstlenecek yüklenici firma belirlenmiş olup, sözleşme imzalama süreci başlatılmıştır. Bu ihale, toplam 121.061,01 m² inşaat alanını kapsamakta olup, proje kapsamında 562 adet konut ve 14 adet ticari ünite olmak üzere toplam 576 bağımsız bölüm inşa edilecektir.

İhalenin inceleme ve değerlendirme sürecinin tamamlanması ve sözleşmenin imzalanmasına ilişkin detaylar, ayrıca kamuoyuna duyurulacaktır; kalan diğer etaplara ait ihale sonuçları ise planlanan takvime uygun olarak ilan edilecektir.

We hereby announce that the tender for the "Istanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project Stage A, 1 st Phase Residential and Commercial Constructions, with Infrastructure and Landscaping Works" has been concluded. This tender was conducted by our company as part of the Real Estate Certificate issuance for the aforementioned project.

Following the completion of the tender process, the contractor who will undertake the construction of the said works has been selected, and the contract signing process has been initiated. This scope of the tender covers a total construction area of 121,061.01 sqm and includes the development of 576 units in total, comprising 562 residential units and 14 commercial units .

Further details regarding the finalization of the tender review and evaluation processes and the execution of the contract will be publicly disclosed in a separate announcement. The results for the tenders of the remaining project stages will be announced in accordance with the planned schedule.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
