Delay to the publication of the Interim Results and 2024 Annual Report update

The Directors of Caspian Sunrise announce that the delay in publishing its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, will result in the Company's interim results for the period ended 30 June 2025 also being delayed.

We continue to make steady progress on the 2024 audited accounts with publication targeted in the second half of October.

Our plan is to release the unaudited interim results at the same time, following which the suspension of trading in the Company's shares is expected to be lifted.
