Cairo Mezz Plc informs the investment public of the following notice, published on Vienna MTF by Cairo No.3 Finance DAC:

"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Noteholders that there have been various discussions in relation to the purchase of Loan Portfolio and/or REO Properties backing the Notes. Such discussions may lead to the exercise of a Loan Portfolio Sale in accordance with Clause 6 (Loan Portfolio Sale) of the Servicing Agreement and consequential redemption in full of the Class A Notes but are ongoing and preliminary in nature. There can be no certainty as to the outcome of those discussions."
