Şirketimizin 30.09.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Genel Kurul Toplantısında; Yönetim Kurulumuzun Genel Kurul'a sunduğu öneri çerçevesinde 2024 yılı öncesi dönemine ait geçmiş yıl kârları olmakla birlikte, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun düzenlemeleri uyarınca hazırlanan 2024 yılına ilişkin finansal tablolarda net dönem zararının olması dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla kâr payı dağıtılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
