Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, as well as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of 10 March 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, we hereby inform you that the company Granolio d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Pere Budmanija 5, OIB: 59064993527, has received a notification from:

Mr. Hrvoje Filipović from Zagreb, Pantovčak 178B, acting as President of the Management Board, regarding the reacquisiton/acqusition of 475.00 shares, representing 24,98% of the share capital of Granolio d.d. (ticker: GRNL-R-A), with Agram Invest d.d., for a repo transaction, as return of the collateral for a loan.

The reacquisition was executed on September 29, 2025, outside a trading venue.

This notification is being submitted as Mr. Hrvoje Filipović is the Management Board of Granolio d.d.
