ANNOUNCEMENT

At the meeting held on 30th September 2025, the Board of Directors of Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025.

The results have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Statements" and are in line with the provisions of the CSE Law and Regulations. They have not been audited by the external auditors.

The results are attached, pursuant to the CSE Regulations.

The results and the interim management statement will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in a national newspaper.
