Correction: Change in number of shares and votes in Hufvudstaden

The correction refers to the total number of votes in the company before the conversion.

When the total number of shares or votes in the company changes, the company shall by law publish information regarding the change.

At the 2001 Annual General Meeting, a share conversion clause was added to Hufvudstaden's articles of association. Shareholders have the right at any time to request conversion of series C shares to series A shares. During the month of September 2025, 400,210 series C shares were converted to series A shares.

Through the share conversion, the total number of votes in the company has decreased from 1,030,073,609 to 990,452,819 votes. The total number of registered shares in the company following the conversion amounts to 211,271,933, of which 203,401,419 are series A shares and 7,870,514 are series C shares. Of the total number of registered shares Hufvudstaden owns 14,237,071 series A shares.
