CDP RETI: Fitch migliora il rating a BBB+. L'Outlook è Stabile

Roma, 30 settembre 2025 – CDP RETI SpA comunica che, in data odierna, l'agenzia Fitch Ratings ha migliorato il rating di lungo termine della società da BBB a BBB+. L'Outlook è Stabile.

La decisione riflette la recente azione compiuta dall'Agenzia in relazione al rating della capogruppo Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA.

CDP RETI SpA è un veicolo di investimento partecipato da Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA (59,1%), State Grid Europe Limited (35,0%), gruppo State Grid Corporation of China, e un gruppo di investitori istituzionali italiani (5,9%). La missione di CDP RETI è la gestione delle partecipazioni in SNAM (31,35% al 30 giugno 2025), TERNA (29,85% al 30 giugno 2025) e ITALGAS (25,96% al 30 giugno 2025).

CDP RETI: Fitch upgrades rating to BBB+. The Outlook is Stable

Rome, 30 September 2025 – CDP Reti SpA announces that today the Fitch Ratings agency has upgraded the Company's long-term rating to BBB+ from BBB. The Outlook is Stable.

The upgrade reflects the recent action taken by the Agency on the parent company Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA's rating.

CDP RETI SpA is an investment vehicle owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA (59.1%), State Grid Europe Limited (35.0%), a member of State Grid Corporation of China Group, and a group of Italian institutional investors (5.9%). CDP RETI's mission is to manage the investments in SNAM (31.35% as of 30 June 2025), TERNA (29.85% as of 30 June 2025) and ITALGAS (25.96% as of 30 June 2025).
