Investor Call postponed to October 6, 2025

Milan, 30 September, 2025 – Growens S.p.A. - ticker GROW - (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "Growens"), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, announces that the investor call on 1H 2025 results, originally scheduled on 30 September 2025 at 4,00 pm CET, is postponed to 6 October 2025 at 10,00 am CET, for force majeure.
