Change in the number of shares and votes

Bure Equity AB (publ) ("Bure") announces today that the total number of shares and votes in Bure has changed due to conversion of class C shares into ordinary shares.

At the beginning of the month, the total number of shares in Bure amounted to 74,501,755, of which 74,146,921 are ordinary shares and 354,834 are class C shares. At the same time, the total number votes in Bure amounted to 74,182,404.4 and the share capital amounted to SEK 578,453,272.2.

The board of directors of Bure has, during August 2025, resolved on the conversion of 48,373 class C shares into ordinary shares in order to deliver such shares to participants within the company's long-term incentive program LTIP 2022.

As of today's date, the total number of outstanding shares in Bure amounts to 74,501,755, of which 74,195,294 are ordinary shares and 306,461 are class C shares. The number of votes in Bure as of today's date amounts to 74,225,940.1 and the share capital amounts to SEK 578,453,272.2.
