Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., gayrimenkul sertifikalarına konu İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Projesi'nde, inşaat faaliyetlerinin ilk adımı olarak, A ve B etaplarına ait ihale süreçlerini başlatmıştır. Toplam 5 ana ihale paketi dahilinde yürütülen bu büyük ölçekli proje, 507.295,58 metrekare inşaat alanına ve toplam 2.242 bağımsız bölüme (2.214 konut ve 28 ticari ünite) sahiptir.

Sermaye Piyasa Kurulu (SPK) tarafından onaylanan ve 31.07.2025 tarihinde yayımlanan izahname setimizde belirtilen taahhütlerimize tam uyumla, bu prosedürel başlangıç projenin belirtilen takvim çerçevesinde hayata geçirileceğini teyit etmektedir.İhale sonuçlarına göre firmalarla sözleşmelerin akdedilmesinin ardından inşaat faaliyetleri planlanan program dahilinde başlayacaktır. Gerçekleştirilen her bir ihalenin neticesi, yasal süreçlerin tamamlanması sonrasında ayrı KAP duyuruları ile kamuoyuna şeffaf bir şekilde aktarılacaktır.

Projenin yürütücüsü Emlak Konut GYO ve arsa sahibi TOKİ olarak, izahname kapsamındaki tüm kurumsal sorumluluklarımızı sürdürmekteyiz.

Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Company. has officially launched the tender processes for the A and B stages of the İstanbul Başakşehir Damla Kent Project, which is the subject of the issued real estate certificates. Conducted within a framework of five main tender packages, this large-scale development encompasses a total construction area of 507,295.58 sqm and features 2,242 units, comprising 2,214 residential and 28 commercial units.

This procedural commencement, executed in strict adherence to the commitments outlined in our prospectus—which was approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and published on July 31, 2025—confirms that the project will be realized within the established timeline. Following the execution of contracts with the successful bidders, construction activities will begin in accordance with the planned schedule. The outcome of each tender will be transparently disclosed to the public through separate Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcements upon the completion of all legal formalities.

As Emlak Konut REIC, the project developer, and TOKİ, the landowner, we continue to uphold all our corporate responsibilities as set forth in the prospectus.
