Legal & General Group - Employee Share Plan ("ESP") and Share Bonus Plan ("SBP") Dividend Reinvestment ("DRIP")

On 29 September 2025, Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") received notification that ordinary shares of 2.5p each had been purchased in respect of the DRIP under the ESP and SBP on 26 September 2025, in respect of the following PDMRs.

The purchase price for the share purchases was £2.37 per share under the ESP, and £2.35 per share under the SBP.
