EKTER S.A. UNDERTAKES THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOTEL COMPLEX «INFINITY, SIX SENSES PORTO HELI»

Athens, September 29, 2025

EKTER S.A. was awarded a project relating to the construction of the five-star hotel "INFINITY, SIX SENSES PORTO HELI" in Ermioni, an ultra-luxurious complex tourist accommodation, which will upgrade Peloponnese's tourism product. The project's budget amounts to €26.5mn, with scheduled completion dated November 21, 2026.

Leveraging extensive experience and expertise in building projects and large-scale tourism developments, with a strong focus on innovation, functionality, and sustainability, the Company is enhancing its portfolio with yet another significant private project, which, among other features, will hold a LEED Gold certification.

With the addition of the above project, the backlog of EKTER S.A. signed projects now amounts to €123.0mn.
