COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE RELATIVAMENTE AL PERIODO 22 SETTEMBRE – 26 SETTEMBRE 2025
Milano, 29 settembre 2025 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati a livello globale nel settore fieristico e congressuale, annuncia di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 22 settembre e il 26 settembre 2025 n. 55.000 azioni proprie ad un prezzo medio ponderato giornaliero di euro 7,28 per azione per un controvalore di euro 400.660 nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 4 giugno 2025 e avviato in data 9 giugno 2025, in seguito all'autorizzazione ottenuta da parte dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti il 23 aprile 2025 e alla deliberazione assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 13 maggio 2025. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato indipendente Equita SIM S.p.A.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 22 SEPTEMBER – 26 SEPTEMBER 2025
Milan, 29 September 2025 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 22 September 2025 to 26 September 2025 no. 55,000 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 7.28 for a total countervalue of Euro 400,660 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on 4 June 2025 and launched on 9 June 2025 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2025 and pursuant to the resolution approved on 13 May 2025 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.
