Clarification regarding Interim Dividend

The Company refers to the company announcement issued earlier today, the 29th September 2025 (MDS 331/2025) (the "Announcement"). The Company wishes to clarify that the interim dividend of €1,000,000 referred to in the Announcement, which interim dividend was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company earlier today, is the total gross amount of the interim dividend, with a gross dividend entitlement of €0.0098 per share. Eligible shareholders who are subject to a 15% withholding tax rate will receive a net interim dividend of €0.0084 per share.

As set out in the Announcement, the interim dividend shall be payable on all shares settled as at close of business on 31 October 2025 and shall be paid by no later than 28 November 2025.
