Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 23, 2025, Ms. Alexandra Papageorgiou proceeded with the purchase of 3,500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 50,002.40
• On September 23, 2025 Mr. Alessio Menegazzo proceeded with the purchase of 1,780 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 25,560.80
• On September 24, 2025, Ms. Theano Goranitou proceeded with the purchase of 590 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 8,460.60
• On September 24, 2025 Ms. Maria Lamprinou proceeded with the purchase of 2.500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 35,790.00.
