Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 29 settembre 2025 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 17 aprile 2025 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 18 aprile 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 22 al 26 settembre 2025, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 43.000 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 8.083.000 azioni proprie, pari al 14,969 % del capitale sociale e al 10,192 % sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, September 29th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 22th and 26th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 43,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 8,083,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.969% of the share capital and 10.192% on the voting rights.
