Additional Explanations

In line with the Board of Directors' profit distribution proposal regarding the financial year ended on 31 December 2024:

a) An amount of TRY 6,822,564.93 was allocated as legal reserves for the period between 1 January – 31 December 2024,

b) A total gross cash dividend of TRY 125,000,000 was resolved to be distributed from the net distributable profit of TRY 129,628,733.61,

c) It was resolved that cash dividend payments shall be completed by no later than 30 September 2025.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached, and in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
