Delay to Publication of Annual Report and Suspension of Trading

Trafalgar, the AIM quoted residential and assisted living developer, announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 by the required deadline of 30 September 2025.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from 7:30 a.m. on 1 October 2025, in accordance with AIM Rule 18, pending publication of the audited annual report and accounts.

A further announcement will be made as soon as the audited accounts are published and trading in the Company's shares can resume.
