Crimson Tide plc (AIM: TIDE), the provider of the process management platform mpro5, announces that following the change in its financial year end, as previously announced on 6 May 2025, the Company now expects to announce its audited results and publish its annual report for the 16-month period to 30 April 2025 by 13 October 2025.
