DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 2p per share to Venture Share Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on or around 1 December 2025 to Venture Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 November 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 November 2025.

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-investment Scheme ("DRIS") is 17 November 2025 and a further announcement on the DRIS will be released in due course.
