Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding a non-binding Letter of Intent

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Letter of Intent was entered into between One Macedonia, a subsidiary of 4iG Group and Ericsson Telecommunications Macedonia. The goal of this strategic partnership is to build the first standalone (SA) 5G mobile networks in the Western Balkans, with Ericsson involved in everything from design to delivery and commissioning of the necessary equipment.

The planned 5G SA network will be implemented as a greenfield investment, using the most advanced technological architecture, including the radio access network (RAN) and core network components.

The strategic cooperation is a milestone in the 4iG Group's investment plans in North Macedonia. The agreement represents a significant step forward in One Macedonia's ambition to become the leading telecommunications provider in North Macedonia, while emphasizing 4iG Group's long-term commitment to a sophisticated digital infrastructure that fully complies with European standards.

The planned cooperation between One Macedonia and Ericsson is conditional on the conclusion of the North Macedonian national spectrum tender, in which 4iG Group's subsidiary is the sole bidder. The results of the tender are expected to be announced in early November.
