In response to the CMVM's request for clarification, Impresa informs that, according to information provided by its majority shareholder, in the context of the negotiations made public with the MFE group, the possibility of the latter acquiring a relevant (direct or indirect) stake for control of Impresa is not ruled out, reiterating that, on the date hereof, there is no binding agreement for this purpose.

Should any inside information arise, it will be disclosed to the market in accordance with Article 29-Q of the Securities Code and Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, as amended.
