The board of the directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce the results of the annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") that was held at 1pm today.  All resolutions were passed.

Radu Florescu, Chairman, commented, "The Board is delighted that all resolutions were passed so overwhelmingly.  Our pipeline of marine businesses continues to strengthen. After the first two quarters, our revenue exceeds the total sales from the last fiscal year and the product evaluation from clients consistently demonstrates Sulnox's positive impact on fuel consumption, maintenance and carbon footprint.  Moving forward, we will be focusing on expanding our land-focussed sales with a specific eye on the Americas.  I remain confident that the Company is going in the right direction - the team is working very hard- and the best way to keep momentum going is to set greater goals. That is exactly what the Board has done."
