LM PAY S.A. (ISIN: PLLMPAY00016) is pleased to announce that on September 25, 2025, it entered into a cooperation agreement on the financing of receivables from granted consumer loans with AION Bank SA / NV, Aion Bank S.A. spółka akcyjna oddział w Polsce (Polish branch) – the bank is part of the international UniCredit Group.

The partnership with a new financial partner supports the stable development of LM PAY S.A., creates room for further growth, and enables the optimization of the financing structure. This is a key step in the implementation of the Company’s strategy and in strengthening its market position
