Change in Citycon's Corporate Management Committee

Helen Metsvaht, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Corporate Management
Committee will leave Citycon to pursue new opportunities outside the company.
Helen will step down from the Corporate Management Committee on 1 October 2025.
As part of company's transition to country level operational organisation this
role has become redundant. Citycon thanks Helen for her valuable contributions
over the past nine years and wishes her the best for her future.
