Tahsisli sermaye artırımı işlemleri kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) yaptığımız başvuruya ilişkin olarak 25.09.2025 tarihinde SPK tarafından onaylı ihraç belgesi Şirketimize iletilmiştir. SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte paylaşılmakta olup, belirlenen pay satış fiyatı 14,68 TL ve ihraç edilecek payların toplam nominal değeri 5.449.591 TL'dir.

Onaylı ihraç belgesi kapsamında toptan alış satış işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesini teminen Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye başvuru yapılmıştır.
