UPDATE OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

BriQ Properties REIC announces the amendment of the Company's Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with article 4.1.1.(2) of the Athens Exchange Regulation, with the addition to it of the following:

•	Wednesday 05.11.2025:	Ex-dividend date of the interim dividend right for the fiscal year 2025 and the reinvestment right (cut-off date)
•	Thursday 06.11.2025:	Date of determination of the beneficiaries of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 and the right to reinvest (Record Date)
•	Thursday 27.11.2025:	Commencement of payment of interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025

The Company clarifies that the financial results will be announced on the Company's website (www.briqproperties.gr) and on the website of the Athens Exchange Group www.athexgroup.gr) after the close of the ATHEX trading session.

In addition, the Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after timely informing the investment community with a new announcement.
