On 23 September 2025, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification.
As a result of the disosal of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by BlackRock, Inc. fell below the threshold of 3% on 19 September 2025.
In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.
This transparency notification dated 22 September 2025 contains the following information:
- Reason for the notification: Downward crossing of the 3% threshold due to the disposal of voting securities or voting rights.
- Notification by: A parent undertaking or a controlling person.
