Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulations. 

On 25 September 2025, pursuant to the 2018 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") the Company granted nil price options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Company to the following PDMRs under the Plan (the "Deferred Bonus Plan Awards"):
