Loan from Resimac Group Limited

UIL Limited ("UIL") announces that it has today entered into a A$15 million loan facility with Resimac Group Limited ("Resimac"), a leading non-bank lender listed on the ASX.  Resimac is a subsidiary of Somers Limited ("Somers") while UIL owns 31.6% of Resimac (both through shares held directly by UIL and indirectly through Somers). Resimac is therefore considered an associated undertaking and related party for the purposes of DTR 7.3.

The loan, which will be drawn down in full and used for general corporate purposes, has an interest rate of 8.0% per annum and is repayable on 27 December 2025, unless extended.
