BOLOGNA AIRPORT: PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALL NOTICE AND OF THE DIRECTORS' ILLUSTRATIVE REPORT FOR THE MATTERS ON THE AGENDA

Bologna, 25 September 2025 - Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A informs that it is available at its registered office, on the website www.bologna-airport.it in the Investor Relations section, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism , , the following documentation concerning the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened on a single call, at the registered office in Bologna, Via Triumvirato, 84 and, precisely, at the Sala PrimaVista Lounge located inside the Passenger Terminal, on the first floor, on October 27, 2025, at 11.00:

• Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting Call Notice;
• Directors' illustrative Report for the matters on the Agenda.

The minutes of the Meeting will be made available within the legal deadline.
