With the Bank's Board of Directors' decision dated September 22th, 2025, the Head Office were authorized to apply CMB and BRSA for the covered bond issuance up to EUR 500 million equivalent in any currencies. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
