Subject: Amendment to the date of the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited for the review and approval of the 2025 Interim Financial Report

Further to the announcement dated 9 September 2025 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the "Company") for the review and approval of the Interim Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2025, we would like to inform you that, to accommodate scheduling requirements, the date of the meeting has been rescheduled.

The Board of Directors meeting will now take place on Friday, 26 September 2025, instead of Monday, 29 September 2025, as previously announced.
