Sinteza SA informs shareholders and investors that, in the meeting of the Board of Directors dated 23.09.2025, in accordance with the provisions of Art.22 of the Company's Articles of Association, following the resignation of Mr. Pascu Radu from the position of Chairman of the Board, Mr. Turcu Vasile Cosmin was appointed to this position.

During the same meeting, following the resignation of Mr. Pascu Radu from the position of General Manager of the company, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 142 of the Companies Law no. 31/1990 republished with subsequent amendments and completions and with the provisions of Art. 35 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. was appointed to the position of Interim General Manager, with a mandate of 6 months starting on 23.09.2025 ,Turc Șerban Ionuț.
