Oslo, 25 September 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the “Company”) on 11 September 2025 regarding commencement of the subscription period for the fully underwritten rights issue of 1,033,333,333 new shares ("Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 0.03 per Offer Share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will expire today, 25 September 2025, at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by Norne Securities AS (the "Manager"), or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered by the expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
